Karen Kay Designs Return Policy

      At Karen Kay Designs, we want you to not only be satisfied with your product, but very happy as well.  If for any reason, you would like a refund on your order, please contact me, and I will do whatever I can to ensure customer satisfaction.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  The shipping cost displayed on the Canada Postage stamp will be deducted from your return, as well as 5% of the total cost of the returned item. Any fees incurred via Paypal when sending a refund are the responsibility of the customer. (which are very low - less than 3.5% in most cases).  Before you return an item, you must contact me, to ensure you will receive a refund.  Failure to do so may result in a partial refund only.  All returns must be received by Karen Kay Designs within 2 weeks of delivery.  Returned items must be in the same condition they were mailed, which means they must be in the original plastic they were shipped in, and they must be free from all household scents such as perfume or smoking.  If an item is returned and smells of smoke or perfume, or is not in its original condition, Karen Kay Designs reserves the right to not issue any refund. Karen Kay Designs is committed to making excellent quality hand-made products.
